If for some reason you aren’t happy with your order, please email us with 7 days of purchase. If something is wrong with the product, we may ask you to return it, so we can take a look.
We will refund your money or give you a credit to purchase something else. No worries!
Please call us before you purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
Our Privacy Policy
We will NEVER ever ever share your email, address, credit card, or personal information with anybody!!! Only authorized employees of Skin Free Rx Skincare will have access to your personal information and that is on a Need-to-Know basis.
We DO NOT store your Credit Card information on our website or on our shopping cart data. When your card is charged, your information is used at that time only.
We may need to request your card info to process refunds because we will not have access to your card info.

Our Shopping Cart collects payment at the time your order is placed. Your order will be shipped to you as quickly as possible. The general time frame for shipments is 24-72 hours as we receive your order.
We will gladly provided you with Shipping and Tracking information upon request.
We process shipments weighing less than 3 pounds through the US Postal Service. Orders of 3 pounds or more are processed through UPS.
Your refund period begins when you receive your purchase.
Should your order not arrive within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact us immediately. If our records show that your order has been lost in shipping, we will replace it.
